BAGSU should become advanced Russian center of public servants in-service education - Rustem Khamitov

Today, within the framework of a meeting of the Council under the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the e-learning development, the rector of the Bashkir Academy of Civil Service and Management (BAGSU) Ilgiz Kyzyrgulov spoke about the e-learning development at the academy.

In particular, electronic methods of personnel assessment of civil and municipal employees in the Republican Personnel Testing Center, as well as distance educational technologies in the implementation of educational programs for higher and additional professional education were presented there.

The head of Bashkortostan noted that the BAGSU should play a leading role in the e-learning of public sector employees.

"In fact, it should become the main center for training and improving the skills of the civil and municipal servants", stressed Rustem Khamitov. "We are reformatting the Academy, refusing from enrollment according to the higher education programs. Today, technical equipment availability is quite good already: a large number of computers, projectors and other equipment. And we have to really invest in the academy, so that it becomes a flagship in Russia, so that people come to visit us, to see and learn how it is possible and necessary to organize advance training courses at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation".
