At once three children's Quantorium technoparks will be solemnly open on same date in Bashkiria

UFA, 16 October 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. A grand opening of three venues of the "Quantorium" children's industrial park will take place in Bashkiria on Tuesday, October 17.

The first two sites are located in Ufa: at the Republican Children's Educational Technopark (Kirov Street 43) and in the Technical Education Support Center for Schoolchildren "Technoshkola: Zvezdny" (Gagarin Center, 205 Mendeleev St.). The third Quantorium technopark - Sibur is located in the city of Blagoveshchensk (Belskaya Str., 2).

On this day, the doors of these children's technoparks will be open to all comers. The program will include: master classes, open classes, presentations.

"Quantorium" is a unique environment for children development focused on research, engineering and technical areas. Children are expected to enjoy exciting activities while mastering advanced technologies in the field of electronics, mechatronics, robotics, programming, 3D modeling and prototyping, the Ministry of Education of Bashkortostan Republic explained.

Children's industrial parks Quantorium are created in all regions of the country in accordance with the President's instruction dated May 27, 2015, and also within the framework of the priority project "Accessible Additional Education for Children", implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. In 2017, children's technology parks are already available in 36 regions. By the end of 2018, children of 70 subjects of the Russian Federation will be trained in Quantorium technoparks.

On October 17, across the country a marathon of discoveries at Quantorium children's technoparks will be held in the framework of the "Open Innovations" forum. The ceremony will be attended by the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
