Lyceum for gifted children and children's technopark will appear in Bashkiria

UFA, 12 October 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. In the near future in Bashkortostan a specialized lyceum for gifted children and a children's technopark will be established. This was reported by the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov at a solemn meeting dedicated to the Republic Day.

"The talented youth support is an important direction of our work. I gave an instruction to create a specialized physics and mathematics lyceum with a boarding school for gifted children", said the head of the region. "In mid-October, on the basis of cooperation with large enterprises, the children's technopark "Bashkortostan Quantorium" will be launched at three venues".

Recall that the idea of creating a specialized physics and mathematics lyceum was discussed at a meeting of Rustem Khamitov with honored teachers of Bashkortostan. The appearance of such an educational institution will create the necessary conditions for individual work with gifted children and offer them promising options for further work in the republic.

The "Bashkortostan's Quantorium" Technopark is created within the framework of the "New system model of the additional education of children" program approved by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. According to the concept, the center will facilitate the involvement of students in engineering, research and project activities in various fields.
