Bashkiria schools entered 200 best schools rating of Russia

Two general educational institutions of Bashkortostan entered the Top-200 of the best schools federal rating in terms of enrolment to the leading universities of Russia. The Ufa Lyceum №153 took the 40th place in this list, the capital's gymnasium №93 - the 163rd.

The third annual rating of the 200 best schools in Russia was prepared by RAEX rating agency. The goal of the rating is to determine which schools are preparing the largest number of students for the best universities in Russia - universities from the Top-20 RAEX rating. The study was conducted on the basis of exclusive data, which the universities provided to the rating agency. Data files submitted by higher education institutions improve from year to year: if last year the data on admission to the top 17 universities of the country were analyzed, now the rating is based on statistics from all universities in the Top 20 RAEX rating. Total, data on the enrolment of more than 93,000 graduates from 12,000 Russian schools were processed.

In addition, Lyceum No. 153 takes the 40th position among 50 schools on the competitiveness of graduates.

RAEX experts note that the results of Lyceum No.153 and 49 other schools indicate a high quality of education: more than 93% of their graduates entered the best universities in Russia on a state-financed basis, and 80% were enrolled in universities from the Top 10 RAEX rating. It is noted and the fact that more than one third of graduates were enrolled in universities as winners of schoolchildren's academic competitions.
