Rustem Khamitov awarded Rosneft vice-president Gennady Bukaev with Order For Merit to Republic of Bashkortostan

UFA, 15 September 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with Gennady Bukaev, the vice president and head of the Internal Audit Service of PJSOC Rosneft and congratulated him on his 70th birthday.

“You did a lot for the republic during the 1980-s, 1990-s, and the 2000-s. There were significant events which you took an active part in”, said the head of the region. “Everybody knows well that the republican tax service was formed with your participation. You were its first leader, who immediately focused on information technology, informatization. This was the first such experience in the Russian Federation. I think that this was much contributed to the fact that you worked hard and intensely in Moscow, and became the Minister of the Russian Federation for Taxes and Levies.

During the meeting, Rustem Khamitov handed over Gennady Bukaev the Order For Merit to Republic of Bashkortostan. According to the decree signed by the Head of Bashkortostan, the anniversary celebrant was awarded for his fruitful and long-term state activity, great contribution to the social and economic development of the republic.
