USPTU entered EFQM Global Index of Excellence

UFA, 31 August 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. Ufa State Petroleum Technological University entered the Global Index of Excellence of the European Foundation for Quality Management with a silver status.

Russian universities also included the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov, the National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute", the National Research Technological University MISA, Stavropol State Agrarian University, Kuban State Technological University. When compiling the index, the level of work organization and university indicators were assessed since 2011 based on EFQM Excellence Model Criteria:

1) Leadership;

2) Strategy;

3) People;

4) Partnerships and resources;

5) Processes, products and services;

6) Customer results;

7) People results;

8) Society results;

9) Business results.

The index includes organizations from all industries and sectors of the economy that have been evaluated in EFQM in terms of excellence, including such well-known companies as Siemens, Enagas, Alrosa, BMW, Hyundai, Bosh, Philips, Nokia, Electrolux, Coca-Cola, etc.
