Bashkiria investors will improve Ufa River waterfront and build family recreation center

UFA, 30 August 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Alfiya Agliullina/. In the Nurmanovo district of Bashkortostan in the village of Krasny Klyuch, investors will accomplish the embankment of the Ufa River and build a family recreation center. The project became a participant of the campaign by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry RB "100 Investment Projects to the 100th Anniversary of the Republic".

To implement the project, the entrepreneur Rustem Zainagutdinov plans to spend about 110 million rubles.

Now a construction of a hotel complex with 28 rooms is underway in the territory of the recreation center. In the near future, it will also include a restaurant and entertainment complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts and playgrounds. It is assumed that the recreation center will operate in winter too: there is a ski slope next to it.
