Rustem Khamitov visited Ufa "Kuznetsovsky Zaton" housing estate

UFA, 29 August 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov visited the "Kuznetsovsky Zaton" housing estate in the Kirov district of Ufa.

According to the General Director of the Housing Development Foundation RB Grigory Nevostruev, there are 1 320 apartments with a total area of 62 thousand square meters in the housing estate. The main feature of the territory is that only social housing is built here under various programs, including resettlement of citizens from the dilapidated housing stock. The cost of housing with a final finish is 37,200 rubles per square meter.

The head of the republic inspected the apartments, having assessed the quality of the works performed, discussed with the developer representatives the issues of landscaping, infrastructure development, transport accessibility of the housing estate. Grigory Nevostruev noted that in each yard there were parking lots, children's playgrounds, sports and facilities grounds, as well as green areas. On the first floors there will be premises for public and administrative purposes. A kindergarten and shops are available within walking distance.

During the implementation of the target program for resettlement from dilapidated housing stock for 2013-2017, 389 apartment buildings with an area of 448,000 sq. m were built to accommodate more than 28 thousand people from more than 1,000 houses. The total amount of funding for the program is 14.3 billion rubles.

The Housing Development Fund RB is actively involved in the program for the citizens’ resettlement from dilapidated housing stock. This year, it put into operation 25 objects with a total area of 76.2 thousand square meters of residential premises. Construction of three apartment buildings with a total area of residential premises of 4,493 square meters was started in Yanaul, Meleuz and Iglino district.
