Ufa residents will taste world's cuisine at UshMarket Food Festival

UFA, 1 August 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The Ufa Center "Art-Kvadrat" will host the Ushmarket Food Festival. According to one of the organizers Alia Aisina, Ufa residents will be able to taste different food on August 5 and 6 from 13.00 to 20.00. Gastro-enthusiasts and chefs will prepare a street-version of the national cuisines.

The theme of the festival is "National Cuisines". Townspeople will be able to try open-air the street food of different countries: Balinese nosi-goreng, Israeli sabbih-sandwich, Indian flat cake naan. Gastro-enthusiasts will make healthy author's drinks, prepare exotic sorts of coffee and tea and local herbal preparations. In addition, there will be different interpretations of pilaf, Colombian sweets, farm products and many fragrant surprises from Ufa confectioners.

The "Vilka" Culinary studio will hold master classes in Italian pasta and steaks. Vadim Zhumabaev will read a lecture on the national drink - koumiss. Those interested can learn to draw still life from the teachers of the Creative Laboratory.
