Ufa fashion show was attended by 99-year veteran

UFA, 21 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The "Podium of Mature Beauty" in Ufa was attended by a 99-year veteran, the Honoured Artist of the BASSR Kashfelgil Gadelshin. The show with the participation of models older than 50 years was held in the capital for the first time. It was organized by the Ufa City Council of War, Labour, Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Veterans, Elena Lukmanova's Academy of Model Business with the support of the administration of the capital.

As reported by the mayor’s office, more than 70 people were on the podium. Collections were shown by the active members of the Council of Veterans of Ufa and Dema district of the capital, PJSC "UMPO", representatives of the Institute of the Third Age. Participants presented a wide range of clothes for any occasion of life: evening, urban style, classical and business.

"The interests of senior people are very extensive: active communication, satisfaction of spiritual and cultural needs, and keeping a healthy lifestyle. Today it was demonstrated that at any age people can be beautiful, charming and unique", said the deputy head of the Ufa administration, Rustem Gazizov.

As part of the event, master classes and a fair of author's works were held, dance and vocal groups and studios performed for the participants.
