Ufa residents will be able to observe meteor shower

UFA, 11 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. Every year from July 12 to August 23 a meteor shower called "Southern Delta Aquariids" can be observed. The peak of the meteor shower falls on night from July 29 to 30. According to the information of the Ufa Planetarium, this is not a very active flow. The maximum 15-20 meteors per hour are observed. The falling stars are not very bright and are of yellowish colour. It is better to watch the "Southern Delta Aquariids" in the pre-dawn hours outside the city.

It is noted that the moon on the night of the maximum will set at midnight and will not interfere with observations.
