Rustem Khamitov met with USE high score holders

UFA, 5 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with graduates of schools who passed the Unified State Exam with 100 points. The Minister of Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan Gulnaz Shafikova and the class leaders of these pupils also took part in the meeting.
"I would like to begin a meeting with words of gratitude to the school leavers for their good results shown during the final exams", Rustem Khamitov said. "It's wonderful that we have a large group of children who received 100 points in many subjects during the Unified State Exam. And two of them have at once two maximum results. I understand that it is very difficult to get such high scores".
Among the graduates are honours students, winners and prize-winners of the Russian and republican Olympiads. They shared their further plans with the Head of the Republic.
"In my opinion, even if someone studies in Moscow, St. Petersburg, other cities or even abroad, they should return to work here. For me, this is important, because we are experiencing an obvious staffing shortage, a shortage of specialists in many areas. We need competent, confident in themselves specialists, with good knowledge to continue working at a good level", the Head of the Region stressed.
In the course of communication with teachers, the issues of educational migration and improvement of the preparation process for the Olympiads were discussed. The Head of Bashkortostan noted the need for individual work with every talented graduate, creating the necessary conditions for their successful work in the republic after graduating from university and suggested holding a meeting with today's high score holders in a year.
