Best plowman of Russia became known in Bashkiria

UFA, 3 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. In Bashkortostan the name of the best plowman of the country was defined. The winner was Andrey Shal from the Ryazan Region, he was awarded with the UAZ pickup truck. On Saturday, July 1, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the 6th Russian Open Plowing Championship was held.

The best machine operators from 30 regions of Russia, as well as their colleagues from Europe, took part in the competitions that took place in Ufa region.

The second place went to Vadim Zaretsky from Udmurtia, the third place was taken by Alexander Deryugin from the Leningrad Region.

Winners were also identified in special nominations. For example, Ildar Ishikayev from Bashkortostan was awarded "For Will-to-Win Spirit ", he is a regular participant of the championship. In 2015, he won the third place in the "Tractor show" in the Saratov region.

Vladimir Zuev the youngest participant from the Tver Region became the "Junior of the Championship". Aliya Yakupova, a student of Bashkir State Agrarian University, won in the category "Queen of the Plow".

The first in the open competition was John Stephen Whelan from Ireland, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB reported.
