Electronic disability sheets will start to be issued in Russia since July 1

UFA, 20 June 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The practice of issuing disability sheets in electronic form will be launched throughout the country since July 1 this year, Izvestiya reports with reference to the statement of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

Benefits for temporary disability, pregnancy and childbirth will soon be paid according to these documents. The head of the government stressed that such a system was faster and more convenient than the paper disability sheets. The last ones will not be canceled so as to avoid problems. According to the Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets, a pilot project is already operating in six regions of Russia.
