Three universities of Bashkortostan entered top 100 best universities of Russia

UFA, 8 June 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU), Ufa State Aviation Technical University (USATU) and Bashkir State University (BSU) were included in the hundred best universities of Russia. The rating was traditionally made by RAEX (Expert RA).

The leading position among the universities of the republic was taken by USPTU, it is on the 57th position. It is followed by USATU – 92nd position and BSU – 95th.

While preparing the rating, statistical indicators were used, as well as survey results among 30,000 respondents: employers, representatives of academic and scientific circles, students and graduates. Sources of statistical information were data from university questionnaires, scientometrical indicators and data from open sources.

This is the sixth annual rating of Russian universities compiled by the RAEX rating agency (Expert RA) with the support of the Volnoe Delo Foundation.

On June 6, the data of one more rating was published - the National Rating of Universities. As reported by Bashinform News Agency, it also included BSU (49th place). USATU shared 55-58 lines with other universities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, USPTU - the 68-70th.
