Russian Plowing Championship will be held near Ufa to attract viewers

UFA, 8 June 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The Open Russian Plowing Championship will be held in Bashkiria from June 30 to July 1. It will be held near the Ufa Nizhegorodka district, the representative of the organizers of the competition - employee of JSC "Rosagroleasing" Alexei Troitsky informs. This is done to make it easier for the townspeople to come to the championship grounds.

Bashkiria will be represented by five machine operators, including three girls - students of the Bashkir State Agrarian University and a professional college. Total applications were filed by 30 regions of Russia and five foreign countries - Great Britain, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Estonia.

Participants will compete on Agromash-85 TK tractors equipped with the Netherlands Kverneland plows. Also the championship program includes the "Tractor show" - competitions in plowing skills; exhibitions of agricultural machinery, conferences on various branches of agriculture; "Live Farm" pavilions - an exhibition of thoroughbred cows, sheep, poultry from breeding farms of the republic; a fair with tasting, games, sports and cultural events.
