Most Russians believe that Vladimir Putin will run for presidency in 2018

UFA, 24 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. Four out of every five residents of Russia believe that Vladimir Putin will take part in the upcoming presidential elections in 2018. This is reported by the Izvestiya newspaper referring to the information of the Public Opinion Foundation.

80% of our fellow citizens are confident that the Russian leader will run for presidency next year. The opposite opinion is held by nine percent, the rest were at a loss with the answer.

According to the Public Opinion Foundation poll, if Vladimir Putin states that he would not run, 46% of citizens would have reacted negatively, 14% - positively, 35% - quite indifferently.
