220 non-profit organizations registered to participate in Civil Forum in Bashkortostan

UFA, 23 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. 220 non-profit organizations of Bashkortostan registered for participation in the 4th Civil Forum "Topical Practices of Government Bodies and Civil Society Institutions Interaction", which will be held in Ufa Congress Hall on May 29. Olga Panchikhina, the Chairperson of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Bashkortostan, told about preparation for the annual event at the press conference in the Bashinform News Agency. This year, among the organizers of the forum, in addition to the Republican Public Chamber and the regional Ministry of Labour, there is the State Duma Committee for the Development of Civil Society, Public and Religious Associations Issues.

The main goal of the forum is to identify and support the most effective practices of civic activity, identify new opportunities in development of civil society institutions and citizen participation in the development of territories. Registration is on the website, which unites all non-profit organizations of the republic.

Within the framework of the forum there will be organized an exhibition, a donor campaign, "Books for children" campaign for rural libraries, orphanages and social shelters, "500 shades of kindness" campaign, a ceremony of awarding the winners of the 2nd Competition of professional achievements of socially oriented non-profit organizations of Bashkortostan. It is planned to hold a round table of the State Duma Committee for the Development of Civil Society, issues of public and religious associations on the topic: "Actual issues of interaction between state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and civil society institutions".
