Ufa Yakutov Park will be changed during reconstruction

In the course of a large-scale reconstruction, which began in the Yakutov Park last year, there may be a fairway, where city souvenirs can be sold. According to the plan of architects, it is also proposed to reconstruct the existing stage to accommodate big events, create a zone for newlyweds to hold wedding photo sessions.

Works will be continued on upgrading the lighting system, installing pedestrian fences and improving a parking lot.

As explained by the press service of the capital mayor's office, the reconstruction is designed for three years. In 2016 pedestrian paths were reconstructed there, a 1500-meter-long bike path was arranged, a lighting system was renovated in the park alleys and the waterside around the Soldatskoye Lake. Also trees were planted and a lawn was laid in the park.
