UFA, 18 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. At today's meeting of the Council for the Electronic Education Development, which was held by the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, the issue of providing schools with access to high-speed Internet was touched upon.
Participants of the meeting noted that the innovative content created in the republic would be especially in demand in rural schools. However, implementation of projects in the field of e-learning is deterred by lack of the access of these educational institutions to the Internet.
"So far the processes of formation of the information and educational environment of e-learning, including digital educational resources, telecommunication technologies, hardware and software platforms and equipment are unacceptably slow", said Rustem Khamitov.
