E-learning issues were discussed in Ufa

UFA, 18 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. On May 17, at the Ufa Engine Building Production Association (UMPO) a meeting of the Council for the Development of Electronic Education was held by the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov.

One of the topics of discussion was interaction of enterprises and educational organizations in the field of personnel training.

The Deputy Managing Director - HR Director of PJSC UMPO Nikolay Lyutov presented a modern corporate training system of the association. Since 2012, UMPO has its own training centre with 28 classrooms for theoretical studies, four computer classes and training workshops. In 2016, about 11 thousand employees were trained there. Much attention is paid to distance education in the areas of industrial safety, quality management system.

With the support of the centre, aviation classes were opened in Ufa Secondary School No. 85 and Lyceum No. 60, where students receive information about the industry special features with the prospect of further employment at UMPO. Also the centre is engaged in vocational guidance of schoolchildren.

The training system is included in the internal corporate network of the enterprise, which allows monitoring the training progress and certification of employees.

The General Director of the "Bashneftekhim" Ufa educational centre Sergei Gron’ also shared the successful experience of implementing e-learning model at industrial enterprises.
