Bashkortostan resident, who alone cycled to Kazakhstan, returned to Ufa

UFA, 11 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The first group disabled Ildar Galiakbarov from Bashkortostan, who went to Kazakhstan on a special needs trike, met the Victory Day in Astana and today, returned to Ufa by train.

The traveler on a special needs self-made trike started from Bashkortostan on April 17, having covered one and a half thousand kilometers alone. The athlete said that his trip was not easy, but there were sympathetic people everywhere - some helped with the repair of transport, others showed the way, someone gave shelter and food. Great support was provided by local residents - former students of the organizer of the bike ride - editor of the "Selskaya Imperia" regional newspaper Khalida Kulkasheva. They organized a tour of Astana for Ildar, as well as a meeting with representatives of the Tatar-Bashkir diaspora in Kazakhstan. There the traveler, who dedicated his bike ride to the 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, gave the veterans of Kazakhstan messages from the veterans of our republic.

By his example, the 39-year-old man once again showed that nothing is impossible for a person. Next year, also on the eve of Victory Day, he plans to go for a cycling trip to Belarus.
