Average pension size was named in Bashkiria

UFA, 4 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The average pension in the republic was 11 806 rubles as of January 1, 2017. This is reported by the Bashkortostan Statistics Agency with reference to the data of the Branch of the Pension Fund of Russia in Bashkortostan.

As of January 1, 2016, it was almost 11 420 rubles for comparison.

According to statistics, there are now more than 1.164 million pensioners against almost 1.148 million people last year in the region. Of these, over 1.065 million people receive insurance pensions. The average pension is 12 080 rubles.

Of the total number of such pensioners, an old-age pension is received by almost 970,000 people. Its average size is 12,466 rubles in Bashkortostan. The average size of the disability pension is 7980 rubles, loss-of-breadwinner pension - 8317 rubles. In addition, there are 99 thousand pensioners in the republic receiving public pension benefits of 8,863 rubles on average, statisticians report.
