About 200 liters of blood were donated by Bashkiria residents on National Donor Day

UFA, 21 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Over 400 residents of the republic came to the blood collection stations on the National Donor Day.

220 donors visited the Republican Blood Transfusion Station in Ufa. Total, more than 105 litres of blood were collected by the institution. The active participants of the campaign were students, members of youth organizations, political parties.

In addition, blood sampling was carried out at the station's branches throughout the republic, 200 donors applied there. Due to them, more than 90 litres of whole blood were prepared, the press service of the Ministry of Health RB reports.
