Jobs, salary, medicine, improvement, roads - main topics of Rustem Khamitov call-in show

The questions and answers announced during the live call-in show of the Head of Bashkortostan showed that our citizens were primarily concerned with social problems: jobs, wages, medicine, improvement of cities and villages, roads, the senior researcher at the Institute of Ethnological Research URC RAS, expert of the Ethnological Monitoring Network EAWARN, sociologist Ildar Gabdrafikov shared with Bashinform News Agency.

"First of all, the conversation of the Head RB with residents of the republic once again demonstrated effectiveness and relevance of such interaction format between the authorities and citizens", Gabdrafikov said. "People had an opportunity to ask topical questions directly to the first person of the republic, bypassing bureaucratic formalities. Secondly, even if some questions were not answered on the air, they are a kind of material for further analysis and decision-making".

"Economic questions, relationships between various branches of government, as well as authorities and society were also raised", Gabdrafikov continued. "In particular, I liked words of Rustem Khamitov that our republic would develop cooperation, which had very great potential for development, especially in rural areas".
