UFA, 7 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. On April 7, in Ufa, the Head of Bashkortostan, Rustem Khamitov, visited the Territory 3000 business complex, which combines working, business, sports, training, medical services, family recreation facilities.
The General Director of the business complex Adil Yuldashev told the Head of the Region that he had an idea of creating a multifunctional complex combining a variety of opportunities for work and leisure in 2014. A unique project was developed. For a year and a half 33 thousand square metres were built. About 1 billion rubles were invested in reconstruction, which included creation of ventilation, replacement of all utility systems, construction of a gas boiler house and turnkey repairs. The complex includes a fitness centre, a restaurant, office rooms, conference rooms, a medical clinic, a modern bath centre, etc.
The Head of the Republic visited the "Fitness Arena 3000" modern fitness centre with a total area of 6,200 square metres. He inspected a large gym, aerobics, martial arts, cross-training, free weights, table tennis, yoga rooms, and a climbing wall. According to Adil Yuldashev, up to 700 people can train in the "Fitness Arena 3000" at the same time.
During the visit to the "Territory 3000" the Head of the Region examined two conference halls designed for 50 and 150 people. They are equipped with all necessary modern IT infrastructure for events of any type.
In the office centre Rustem Khamitov got acquainted with developments of the "SmartEra" company, which specializes in creation of smart home systems "Dobry Dom". With the startup founders, he discussed projects they implemented, asked about possibilities of introducing their technological solutions for housing and communal resources, and proposed to create a cluster in the republic, which would include enterprises engaged in the "Internet of Things".
The Head of the Republic visited a Programming Centre, which specialists are developing software for document management systems, and the editorial office of the Business FM radio station Ufa, where he spoke with reporters.
