Biobanking development prospects will be discussed in Ufa

UFA, 9 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. On March 9, the Bashinform News Agency will host a round table "Prospects for Biobanking Development in the Russian Federation". The organizers of the event are the Commission for the Development of Education and Science of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Public Chamber of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Scientists from Japan and Ireland will participate in the round table.

Biobanks are advanced, high-tech centres for the collection, storage and distribution of all types of biological material containing certain donor information needed for research purposes.
