Warm spell will continue in Bashkiria – Bashkir Met Office

UFA, 27 February 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The final month of the calendar winter will finish with snow and warm weather. The air temperature in the republic, as well as the last week, is expected to be 7-9 degrees above normal values, the Bashkir Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring informs.

In the last days of February and in the first days of March, a warm atmospheric front will bring snow of varying intensity to the territory of the region. Packed snow, sleet will be on the roads. In the following days, the intensity of precipitation will weaken with an increase of atmospheric pressure.

On February 28, wind of 9-14 m/s is expected according to weather forecasts. At night, the temperatures will be in the range of -4, -9, with 0, -5 degrees during the day. On March 1 - the wind of variable directions 0-5 m/s, at night -4, -9 degrees, at clear spells dropping to -14, in the daytime -4 + 1 degrees.
