Bashkortostan Emergency Ministry warns about cold snap and visibility deterioration

In Bashkortostan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations warns about drop in temperatures to -27 C, and visibility deterioration on the roads. With reference to the data of the Republican Office for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, the ministry reports that on Saturday, February 18, weather will be partly cloudy. Patchy light snow increasing to a weak storm during the day is predicted. South, south-west wind: at night to eight m/s, during the day - up to 12 m/s is forecast. Gusts can reach 17 m/s. The temperature will be -15, -20 C in some places -22, -27 C, reaching -9, -14 C in the daytime. At night and in the morning fog is expected in some parts of highways. Visibility on the highways will be 500 m or less.
