Technical college directors will become industry tourists in Ufa

In the framework of the 2nd Regional Championship «Young Professionals» (WorldSkills Russia and JuniorSkills), which will be held in Ufa from February 13 to 17, tours to the largest enterprises of the republican capital will be organized for the heads of secondary vocational education institutions and their deputies. They will be divided by three routes: machine building, petrochemical, construction areas.

According to the organizers, one of the goals of tours is familiarization with industrial and innovative facilities in the region. Participants will attend an assembly and testing shop of PJSC "Ufa Engine Industrial Association" (UMPO), Aircraft Engines Technopark USATU, Ufa Fuel and Energy College, JSC "Vostokneftezavodmontazh", Bashkir Architecture and Civil Engineering College and a branch of PJSOC Bashneft - Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim.

"The participants of the "Industrial Tourism" program will study experience of staff training at innovative platforms and discuss new forms and methods of educational institutions work for supplying the regional industry with qualified personnel", said the business program curator of the championship, executive director of the First Business School Dmitriy Zanin.
