Frosts are coming in Bashkiria after snowfalls

UFA, 24 January 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. This week in the territory of the republic the weather will be changeable, the Bashkir Department of Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring reports. In the first half of the week snowfall, snowstorms will continue. On January 25 at night the air temperature will be -6, -11 degrees Celsius, in the north-west to -18, with -12, -17 C during the day, in the south -4, -9 C. Forecasters predict heavy snow, snow drifts on the roads, packed snow, slight glaze.

In the following days, precipitation will stop. Due to arctic air mass inflow in the northern half of the republic the air temperature will significantly decrease, in the southern regions the temperature is expected to be 2-4 degrees above long-term averages. On January 26, at night the air temperature will drop to -26 C, with -11, -16 C during the day.
