Rustem Khamitov has met with members of regional All-Russia People’s Front

UFA, 30 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Alexander Smirnov/. On November 29, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with the co-chairs of the regional headquarters of the All-Russian public movement "People's Front" For Russia" (ONF) Elvira Aitkulova, Azat Fazlyev and Nadezhda Krylova, as well as the head of the executive committee of the ONF regional branch Vitaly Brykin.
The meeting summed up the results of regional headquarters work in 2016 and discussed ONF improvement proposals in education, health, environment, interaction of society and business with the government.
Elvira Aitkulova presented new offers prepared by the ONF working group regarding education and culture. The ONF proposes to provide a possibility to reduce the duration of sessions in children camps to 15 days, which will allow more children to have a rest there. The Head of the Republic suggested making sessions flexible taking into account the wishes of parents and children.
Elvira Aitkulova also pointed to low salaries of educators and counselors in summer camps. In her opinion, it is necessary to develop and implement a program for the development of dedicated sessions and camps.
In addition, it was proposed to carry out the acceptance of children's health organizations readiness by a by a comprehensive commission, not individual agencies commissions and to display that information on the official websites of state and municipal institutions.
The co-chairman of the regional headquarters ONF Nadezhda Krylova told about the proposals made by the working group on improving the quality of life. According to her, there is a problem of control over reliability and completeness of the communal metering devices data used to determine the quantity of supplied resources.
The Head of the Republic noted that that issue should be further developed. Formation of the communal metering control system is associated with considerable costs, but actually such information is used only by a small number of citizens.
Nadezhda Krylova also raised the topic of providing free of charge children up to three years from low-income families whose per capita income was below the subsistence minimum with adequate nutrition. According to her, it is necessary to organize baby food provision consisting not only of dry mixes, but primarily from milk and dairy products due to the maintenance and development of infant-feeding centres chains in towns and districts of the republic.
“There are questions, which require public evaluation and public support. We are quite satisfied how our conversation went. We hope that our proposals will be implemented in 2017”, Elvira Aitkulova said after the meeting.
