Salavat Yulaev Hockey Club is national pride of our republic - Konstantin Tolkachev

UFA, 25 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. Today, on November 25, HC Salavat Yulaev is celebrating its 55th anniversary. A retro-match Salavat Yulaev (Ufa) – Dynamo (Moscow) will be played to commemorate this significant event at the "Ufa-Arena". Both teams will wear a special set of retro outfit.

The Chairman of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan Konstantin Tolkachev congratulated HC Salavat Yulaev, its athletes, coaches, veterans, fans and sponsors on the anniversary.

"The club is well-deserved national pride of our republic, is one of its brands, the winner of the most prestigious international tournaments, the holder of many high awards and cups", said Konstantin Tolkachev.

According to the head of the State Assembly, bronze medals won in 90-es under the lead of Raphael Ishmatov, a victory of the Sergey Mikhalev’s team in the Russian championship in 2008 and winning the Gagarin Cup 2011 under the leadership of Vyacheslav Bykov - Igor Zakharkin tandem became significant events for the republic.

"Today HC Salavat Yulaev is one of the leading hockey clubs in the country, which sets itself the highest goals. I am confident that the athletes will continue to be at the forefront of the Russian and world sport, to please their fans, to win the upper stages of the podium", concluded Konstantin Tolkachev.
