Columns of mercury will get nearer to normal figures for this time of year, the Republican Office for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring informs. "The cold anticyclone will move from the Urals to the Caspian Sea. The weather will be windy, in places with weak blizzard and little snow. At the end of the week the intensity of precipitation and icing phenomena will increase. The air temperature will rise", forecasters report.

Today, November 21, it will be -8, -13 C, on the east to -18 C during the day. On Tuesday, November 22, it is expected occasional light snow. The night temperature will be -12, -17 C, in the south-east down to -24 C, in the daytime reaching -5, -10 C, in the south-east down to -15 C. On Wednesday, November 23, at night the temperatures will drop to -10, -15, with -4, -9 C in the afternoon.
