Bashkiria children celebrate Grandfather Frost’s birthday

It is assumed that he is more than 2000 years old. Children created the date of birth of the Grandfather Frost by themselves, because it is on November 18 when a real winter comes in Great Ustyug – his official residence, according to the calend.ru.

They especially carefully prepare for this holiday at home of the Grandfather Frost - in the Great Ustyug. The modern Grandfather Frost masters new technologies – now he receives letters from children by e-mail also, he keeps blogs in social networks and communicate with his colleagues on a mobile phone.

His numerous relatives and colleagues come to congratulate him on his birthday – Santa Claus from Finland, Chiskhan - Yakut Santa Claus, Karelian Pakkaine, winter storyteller Mikulas from the Czech Republic, the Snow Maiden from Kostroma, as well as official delegations from Vologda, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and many other cities.

In Bashkortostan the Grandfather Frost nomad will have five guest yurts.
