Ufa Airport opened subsidized direct flight to Omsk

UFA, 14 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. A subsidized direct flight to Omsk is opened from the Ufa Airport. The flight will be launched since November 12, the press service of the Ufa aviation hub informs.

The flights on the route Omsk - Ufa - Omsk will run weekly on Saturdays by Yak-42, which seats 110 passengers. Departure from Omsk is scheduled at 11.20, arriving in Ufa at 12.10. Departure from Ufa will be at 13.25, arriving in Omsk - at 16.15, local time. The flight time will take 1 hour 50 minutes. The minimum one way fare Omsk - Ufa, Ufa - Omsk starts from 2300 rubles (excluding fees). The new flight is intended to serve passengers of three cities: residents of the republic will be able to get not only in Omsk, but in Krasnoyarsk too, as well as residents of Krasnoyarsk to Ufa.

"The Ufa Airport has been implementing a program of regional transportation for a long time and opening of new routes is another achievement in this area. In addition to the reduced cost of tickets, it is important to mark that it is a direct flight. In other words, passengers flying from Ufa do not have to fly through Moscow. Thus, they can save minimum six hours of flight", said the head of the airport marketing department Denis Nikitin.

In the near future it is planned to launch another direction: Ufa - Noyabrsk - Ufa.
