Delegation of Bashkortostan Committee for UNESCO Affairs took part in "Dialogue and Cooperation" international project

UFA, 14 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. The active members of the republican Committee for UNESCO Affairs returned from Europe, where they took part in the "Dialogue and Cooperation" international project.

Leaders, teachers and students of educational institutions of the region, as well as representatives of Bashkir State University, Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla and UNESCO Associated schools RB met and held talks with the representatives of the UNESCO Secretariat - Senior Programme Assistant for the UNITWIN/UNESCO Chairs - Inga Nishanyan and International Coordinator of the UNESCO Associated schools network Sabina Dettsel. The Bashkortostan delegation members and representatives of the UNESCO Secretariat exchanged experiences on the development of educational institutions cooperation, shared information on progress and plans on UNESCO projects and programs, held presentations of the educational institutions.

The Bashkir delegation had a tour of the UNESCO headquarters. The representatives of our republic visited a number of cities in France and Spain, where they got acquainted with the unique cultural monuments included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
