Two Bashkortostan universities entered top list of Russia

UFA, 10 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Two higher education institutions of the republic - Bashkir State University (BSU) and Ufa State Aviation Technical University (USATU) - entered the list of 60 best universities in Russia. These results were given by a survey conducted by "Russia Today" International Media Group with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the country.

According to the agency, 503 universities were evaluated. The main criteria were: openness and accessibility of information about the activities of the university, comfort conditions of educational activity, friendliness, goodwill and competence of university employees, students' satisfaction with the quality of education. 108,000 people were interrogated, of whom more than 80 percent were students.

The so-called integral indicator of the university was formed with all these data. BSU had 81.85, USATU - 81.02. Activities of other Bashkir universities were also analyzed, but they scored fewer points and were not included in the final list.
