HC Salavat Yulaev lost in duel with Avangard (Omsk)

UFA, 27 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. A central match in Chernyshev Division in the championship of the Kontinental Hockey League's ninth season ended in Ufa. The leaders – HC Avangard (Omsk) and HC Salavat Yulaev (Ufa) met.

The Ufa team brought a game to the extreme having conceded three goals in two periods. Only in the third period the home team managed to get as close as possible to the Omsk account – 2:3 after shots by Kirill Kaprizov and Denis Kulyash. With this result, Avangard took revenge for the defeat in Omsk 2: 5.

Now the Omsk team is ahead of his pursuer Ufa club by eight points.

The next match HC Salavat Yulaev will hold in Ufa against HC Metallurg (Novokuznetsk) on October 28.
