Migrant workers number has decreased by almost one third in Bashkortostan

UFA, 21 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Bashkortostan, the number of migrant workers has decreased by almost one third. It relates to official statistics on labour migration. Thus, according to Rospotrebnadzor RB, since the beginning of the year the medical institutions of the republic examined 22,337 foreigners. In the first nine months of the last year, similar procedures were passed by 29,559 people. Medical examination is compulsory for all citizens who want to work and live in Russia.

Last year, 209 people suffering from dangerous infections were identified, this year - 70.
