Bashkir draught players have won medals at European Championships in Estonia

UFA, 7 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. The Estonian capital Tallinn hosts the European Team Championship in International Draughts involving four athletes of Bashkortostan as part of the Russian team.

12 national teams took part in the men's tournament and eight - in women.

The Russian team was presented by six people, four of them - from Bashneft draught club: Ainur Shaibakov, Murodullo Amrillaev, Tamara Tansykkuzhina and Aigul Idrisova.

Competitions were held in two programs - blitz and classics.

The Russian women's team won the "gold" in classics, and the men's team - gold medals in blitz and silver in classics.

The next tournament is European individual championships in all three programs and team championships in blitz program - will be held in Izmir (Turkey) from October 18 to 28.
