October 11 is non-working holiday in Bashkiria

UFA, 4 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In accordance with the Law "On public holidays and commemorative days in the Republic of Bashkortostan" the Republic Day - is a non-working holiday.

This year, the non-working holiday October 11 falls on Tuesday. Therefore, the duration of working hours on Monday, October 10 is reduced by one hour.

On the basis of Article 120 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation in providing basic annual or annual additional paid holiday the public holiday of October 11 - Republic Day – is not included in number of calendar days of the leave, the Ministry of Labour RB explains.
