Bashkortostan Scientific and Industrial Youth Club received prestigious award at World Exhibition in Dubai

UFA, 3 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. The Scientific and Industrial Youth Club "ProfTELEPORT" from Bashkortostan received a prestigious award "Outstanding Student Chapter Award" at the World Engineering Exhibition in Dubai.

The "ProfTELEPORT" unites initiative undergraduate and graduate students of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University. The club aims to establish contacts between pupils, students and international oil and gas companies-giants. This year, the main "Outstanding Award" was awarded by the World Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Every year some of the best projects devoted to the oil and gas industry development pass a competitive selection of the World Society of Petroleum Engineers, where an international commission of science and industry experts identifies the most successful and innovative approaches to youth involvement in oil and gas business.

Now young people are not very much interested in massive bulky events compensating them by the Internet and social networks. The "ProfTELEPORT" organizers believe that modern young people need "intellectual clubs" much more.
