Visitors from Germany were taught Russian songs and dances in Bashkiria

UFA, 15 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. In Bashkortostan residents of Germany learned the Russian songs and dances. The guests arrived in Ufa district within the framework of international projects of the House of Peoples' Friendship RB. The delegation consisting of students of the Dresden University of Technology visited the Russian "Krasny Yar" historical and cultural centre.

In the centre’s museum visitors were welcomed by the "Kudrinka" folk band, as well as members of the "Russian Word" club of Krasny Yar village. According to the representatives of the House of Peoples' Friendship RB, the German guests liked the concert program. The centre employees told about the history of the Krasny Yar village, which next year would celebrate its 400th anniversary. German students, in turn, prepared an interesting performance.

Communication with peers and members of the folk band, having tea with pancakes and jam was enjoyed by everybody. After the meeting the German guests visited an Orthodox church. Students noted that such socializing and immersion into people’s culture helped to learn and better understand each other.
