Ufa Petroleum University will implement joint master programs with RUDN University and Transneft R&D Institute

UFA, 2 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. The Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU) begins the new academic year in partnership with the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University) and LLC Transneft Research & Development Institute of Oil and Oil Products Transportation. Since 2017 the university will implement joint master programs in "Oil and Gas Business". The cooperation agreement was signed by the USPTU Rector Ramil Bakhtizin, his counterpart from the People's Friendship University Vladimir Filippov and CEO of Transneft R&D Institute Yuri Lisin.

During the meeting it was noted that the proposed master programs would be unique, as they would unite the best advantages of all organizations involved - a recognized international reputation for academic excellence of RUDN University, the USPTU’s high quality of vocational applied training, possibilities of the Transneft company and its Ufa branch in providing material technical base for training.

In addition to the agreement other arrangements have been achieved, including conducting of rectors sessions in Moscow and Ufa.
