More than one thousand first-year students took part in matriculation ceremony at Bashkir Medical University

UFA, 2 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. This academic year, over one thousand freshmen will study at Bashkir State Medical University. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Salavat Sagitov, the republican Health Minister Anvar Bakirov and the Rector of Bashkir State Medical University Valentin Pavlov congratulated them on the beginning of their studies.

Anvar Bakirov, welcoming his future colleagues, wished them success in mastering the basics of medicine, a bright and happy student life. He also read out a welcoming address of the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Veronika Skvortsova. In particular, it was stated in the address that "only knowledge and professional competence can advance our medicine forward".

According to Valentin Pavlov, more than one thousand of the best graduates not only of the Republic of Bashkortostan, but also from India, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and many other countries joined the ranks of students of Bashkir State Medical University.
