Ufa mayor's office reviewed public complaints and appeals

UFA, 31 August 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Ufa administration has analyzed the complaints of citizens. As it turned out, most of all Ufa residents are concerned about the state of housing and communal services and transport. According to the public appeals department, for half a year 18.6 thousand appeals were received, of which nearly 60 percent - through the official website.

Half of the complaints concerned the work of the municipal utilities enterprises, municipal services, transport. Construction and use of land issues are on the second and third places. Also, citizens applied for improvement of living conditions, social welfare, trade and consumer services.

63 percent of appeals were received directly from applicants, the rest - through a variety of authorities, including the deputies and public organizations.
