Ufa foil fencers Safin and Ahmathuzin departed to Moscow for state awards and gifts

UFA, 25 August 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. On Thursday, August 25, Moscow will host a series of celebrations for the heroes of the Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro with participation of leaders of the Russian state and sport. The events will be held in the Kremlin and Red Square.

The fencers from Bashkortostan won medals at these Games: Timur Safin had a bronze and a gold, Arthur Ahmathuzin – a gold medal.

The Russian Minister of Sport Vitaly Mutko will present state awards to silver and bronze medalists. Then Russian President Vladimir Putin will mark Olympic champions 2016 with orders and medals.

In conclusion, the Chairman of the Government Dmitry Medvedev will present car keys to all medalists of the Olympics-2016. A brand and class of vehicles are not disclosed.
