High level of fire danger is forecasted in Bashkiria forests

UFA, 27 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. A risk of wildfires increases in the territory of some areas in Bashkortostan due to the prolonged period of dry weather and hot wave.

The fire danger level of the IV (high) class is forecasted in Birsk, Iglino, Ilishevo, Dyurtyuli, Kugarchy, Kuyurgazy, Kushnarenkovo, Sterlitamak, Ufa, Fedorovka, Chishmy and Yanaul regions of the republic. In Meleuz region the fire danger level reaches the V (emergency) class.

This week the weather will be mostly dry in the republic. Showers will occur only in certain regions of Bashkortostan. In the second half of the week the air will warm up to 26-31 degrees Celsius during the day. Accordingly, the risk of fire danger increases.

The State Committee for Emergency Situations RB reminds of the need for strict observance of fire safety rules in forests.

In case of a forest fire notice please immediately report to the common emergency number "112".
