What weather conditions will clear smog away from Bashkiria?

UFA, 26 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. It was reported what weather conditions are necessary to disperse the smog over Bashkortostan. It turns out that we should wait for a change in wind direction, the website of "Komsomolskaya Pravda - Ufa" informs citing the data of the republican Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring.

"We need a more intensive air flow to take away the haze,” the Bashkir Met Office commented on. “But this week the weather will not change much: active flows of opposite direction are not expected. Of course, finally the smog will clear away, but not as fast as we would like".

Forecasters marked that rains would not bring relief either: they are predicted as local and intermittent.

As Bashinform News Agency reported referring to the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the smoke over the city is a consequence of severe fires in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District. The Ministry of Ecology RB informs that adverse weather conditions conducive to the accumulation of pollutants in the atmosphere will retain in the capital. The smog is also observed in the northern, northeastern and eastern regions of the republic.
